This is exactly like what you see in the movie. It is very beautiful, but delicate. I would use only as a decoration and not a toy because the middle of the dream catcher may tear because it is a thin straw material. The cloth that the dream catcher comes in is very well made. It is a very soft suede material.

I was a little wary about buying this, but the moment I saw it in the movie, I kinda wanted to jump in and snatch it :D (not because it was in twilight, though i do thank the movie for creating it) but because it just had that grab on me. I really like the simplistic design this dreamcatcher has. The substitution of charms for feathers was a cool touch. It adds a little personallity to my bed post lol.
*Be warned, this piece is not meant to be rough-housed. Another review mentioned the delicate center.. It's made of some sort of thick straw/twig? like material. It's durable, it wont disintegrate or anything.. but if your dog/child gets a hold of it, it could definitely tear under pressure. These things are meant to hang from something though after all, so as long as you're careful where you place it, that shouldnt be much of an issue. I bought two and gave one to my friend for her 20th birthday, she's never seen the twilight movies, but she really liked it and raves about it frequently. She's into nifty doo-dads like me :)
So over all it's cute/unique buy, well made, and I'd recommend it to anyone on the fence about it.

I rarely write reviews but I had to for this product. I was really hesitant to purchase this item because of the price. Seemed like a good bit of money for something that is just going to hang on my bed post. When I saw this dream catcher in New Moon I LOVED it. I have always wanted one but this particular Dream Catcher is VERY unique. I decided to take a chance and order it. WOW.. I am impressed. First off, the packaging is beautiful. PERFECT for a gift! It comes in a beautiful box and wrapped in what appears to be a soft/suede like cloth (very much an Indian feel). The Dream Catcher itself is *beautifully* designed. Exact to the movie. The charms are quite nice. It is a very delicate item so I would not recommend letting pets or children get a hold of it. If you are a fan of the Twilight saga or if you have been looking for a very unique and beautiful Dream Catcher it is well worth the cost. I am very pleased I decided to order this!

JUST AS SEEN IN THE MOVIE! Also, I had been looking a dream catcher made without animal products. this did have a leather strap to hang but i replaced it with twine. it is above my bed now and I swear it is actually working.
